With the generous support provided by our National Lottery Awards for All grant, we have been able to make significant improvements to our facilities that will greatly enhance the experience for all our participants and visitors. Specifically, we have successfully purchased a variety of essential furniture for our workshops and café area, which will create a more inviting and functional space for creativity and collaboration. This new furniture includes sturdy tables and comfortable seating that will accommodate both individual and group activities, fostering a sense of community among users. In addition to the workshop and café furnishings, we have also invested in kitchen furnishings that will allow us to prepare and serve food more efficiently and safely. This includes upgrading our cooking equipment, adding storage solutions, and ensuring that the kitchen meets all necessary health and safety standards. The enhancements to our kitchen will not only improve the quality of the food we serve but will also enable us to host cooking classes and other culinary events, further enriching our program offerings. Moreover, we have initiated essential plumbing and electrical work, which is crucial for the overall functionality of our facilities. This work is vital for ensuring that our spaces are equipped with reliable water supply and electrical systems that can support our activities and equipment. The upgrades will also help us to comply with safety regulations, providing a secure environment for everyone who uses our facilities.
